In order to ensure that right candidates are selected through uniform selection methods experienced individuals who have expertise in Staffing methods and procedures are made available for conducting Staffing activities.
Re-employment of associates who have already left DSCOLTD is considered on three main parameters viz. Proper exit, Fitment of the associate and need of the organization for a skill set acquired by the associate.

RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:
The selection process includes short listing profiles received from various sources and interviewing suitable candidates for open positions.
The management’s intention to offer an appointment to the selected candidate is presented via the Offer Letter consisting of terms and conditions of employment, salary structure, location, designation etc.
